This is part of an ongoing project of documenting the flowers and plants that are verdant in each month. This one features flowers growing here in the north of Iceland in June and July, with colors that reference those in nature during those months. Each month I harvest native plants and burn a silkscreen of those plants to catalogue the growing season, wherever I am.
Screen print and acrylic on hand cut wood panel, measuring 30cm in diameter and 1cm thick. Comes with a metal d-ring hanger on the back and price includes shipping from Iceland.
