This piece was created during my artist residency in August in Akureyri, and features plants that were harvested in and around the city during that month. The house, Skinnalon, is above the Arctic Circle in northern Iceland, and was at one point the house of a poet. Perched at the edge of the water, it has weathered many storms. This piece is on paper and measures 43cm high by 66cm wide. It is on Stonehenge cotton rag paper. When shipped, it will be rolled up and without a frame.
